In Store Return Policy

This applies to purchases made in the store or purchases for in store pickup.

• Returns/exchanges must be made within 3 days of purchase with original receipt
• Items must have tags attached in original packaging and be unused, unwashed, and not altered in any way
• Return Restrictions for HALLOWEEN 2024
• The 3 day return policy for refund or exchange applies until 10/18/24.
• After 10/18/24, a return within 3 days will be accepted for exchange only. No Refunds
• After 10/24/24, all sales are final
• Please note that if a purchase is made within 3 days of our no returns for refund date or within 3 days of our final sale date; you will have less than 3 days to make your return.

Items not eligible for return or exchange include:

• Wigs
• Intimate apparel including lingerie, hosiery, and undergarments
• Sale items

Additional Restrictions

• Holiday items (Christmas, Easter, St Patrick's Day etc.) cannot be returned after the Holiday has passed, regardless of date of purchase
