In Store Return Policy
This applies to purchases made in the store or purchases for in store pickup.
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 3 days of purchase with original receipt
- Items must have tags attached in original packaging and be unused, unwashed, and not altered in any way
Items not eligible for return or exchange include:
- Wigs
- Intimate apparel including lingerie, hosiery, and undergarments
- Sale items
Additional Restrictions
- Holiday items (Christmas, Easter, St Patrick's Day etc.) cannot be returned after the Holiday has passed, regardless of date of purchase
